Jesse Lacey from Brand New plays World of Warcraft. Anyone know which server he plays on?

I want to meet Jesse Lacey. Never got to at the end of his shows. I might just buy world of warcraft and embark on a journey to find him in the virtual world. It will help a lot if I knew what server he plays on if anyone met him.

Why do people think World of warcraft is so nerdy?

WoW is the best game i have ever played, when my friends at school figure out i played it when i told them they all gave me a hard time. And few peoplle sitll make fun of me. I play about 1-2 hours a day i don’t think its that much. i have friends who play X-box live like 5-8 hours on the weekend days and they aren’t made fun of? i don’t get it WoW is way mroe fun then x-box but if i play it im a fagg and i don’t wnat to hide it from my friends

I played Yu-Gi-Oh! for 7 years. Use to play Runescape and got up to level 110. Now I started to play World of Warcraft and alot of people know I play Yu-Gi-Oh! and World of Warcraft. Ignore the people/idiots that call you "nerdy" because they’re more likely jealous.

How do I make a World of Warcraft Private Server? (YES, its legal if you have retail…)?

Can I play World of Warcraft Cataclysm without Burning crusade and Lich King Expansions?

I will be starting fresh as Worgens/Goblins with friends playing casual, so I do not yet need level 60+ (or deathknight classes).

How am I hurt by not having BC or LK? Can I still play, do I not get flying mounts?

No. WoW Cataclysm "requires full versions of World of Warcraft, The Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King to play." *
Without all of the required expansions you will be unable to enter any of the Cataclysm specific realms or Battle as Worgen or Goblin.

Can’t install World of Warcraft on my mac?!?

Okay, so today I bought just the standard WoW pack, I got home, I put in the disk which loads correctly, but when I try and open the installer, it instantly crashes, so I clip ‘Reopen’ Then it loads a bit more, but comes up with " No installer data could be found. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support." And I have nooooo idea why?! So yeah, as I said, I’m on my iMac, a newish version of it, I believe it had a 2.4 GHz Intel core duo processor and has 4gb of ram, and on the box it says Version 10.4.11 or newer and I am currently 10.6.8 so I’ts got all the bits needed but if anyone could help me that would be great, Thanks so much!

This guy obviously has no clue what he’s talking about, WoW IS compatible with Macs, and it works perfectly fine.

First try to do this:

Go to Mac HD -> Users -> Shared and delete the Blizzard folders there.

After that if you’re still getting the same error do these:

1. go to your Macintosh HD => Applications folder (or wherever you saved the game) and move your World of Warcraft to the Trash
(2. go to your Macintosh HD => Users => Shared folder and move the Blizzard folder to the Trash)
3. go to your Macintosh HD => Users => your account => Library => Preferences and delete any files associated with WOW:
(some files may not appear due to non-use)

- com.blizzard.downloader.plist
- com.blizzard.Downloader.prefs
- com.blizzard.errorreporter.plist
- com.blizzard.Installer.plist
- com.blizzard.launcher.plist
- com.blizzard.World of Warcraft.prefs
- com.blizzard.World of Warcraft.survey.prefs

4. empty Trash

Now it should install properly. Hope this helps!
