World of Warcraft Is a Blood Death Knight’s healing improved by duelwielding?
Just curoius as to whether or not i should duel wield with my blood death knight. Does anyone know if duel weapons will hurt or improve my self healing effects over a two handed weapon??? In other words, will i heal myself more while duel wielding or by weilding a two handed weapon?

How does a Death Knight obtain a minion?
We just upgraded our World of Warcraft to Lich King version. My husband’s death knight is a level 58, and he was told that he should have gotten his minion. Where does he get it from?
The earlier posters were correct, the trainer in Ebon Hold will teach you how to raise a ghoul which could serve as a minion. But his ghoul is only temporary and will fall apart within two minutes (prompting you to resummon a new one) and it will only blindly attack, you cannot control their actions.
If you allocate your talent points into Unholy, you will eventually get the ability to summon a permanent ghoul who will behave like a standard controllable pet (like a hunter or warlock).

What is a Death Knight in World of Warcraft?
I already know what it is in terms of game mechanics. But I want to know the lore behind it.
What makes a death knight different from a regular person? Is there a curse on them? Are they alive, or undead, or what? Did Arthas steal their soul? How can they rebel against Arthas’s control over them?
**Spoiler Warning**
Do not read if you do not want to know the DK starting quest line.
Well the into quest line has most of the lore but to sum it up there are 2 major types of Death Knights the first type is the group that is controlled by Arthus these Death Knights are mostly slaves to arthus’ will they can control lesser undead like abominations and ghouls. Now then when you star off you ARE working under Arthus’ command now in this quest line you find out that Death Knights are people who died fighting Arthus but because you were powerful when alive he took your soul and you are now his slave. The quest line goes on and you get geared up as you show your worth to Arthus. In the end you are teamed up with thousands of undead and some powerful Death Knights even Mograin himself. after this battle you lose to the paladins and Arthus comes out to show that all you did meant nothing to him and he knew that you will lose, you were only there to weaken the paladins so he can kill the leader (I don’t remember the person’s name) at this point the cursed Ashbringer is cured and Arthus is defeated so he goes back to Northerend. Then Mograin and the betrayed Death Knights become "The Knights of the Ebon Blade" and they join with the silver covenant (the paladins I spoke of earlier). Finally you are sent back to the leader of your fraction and they except the Knights back. I hope this helps.
