Outland is the best place to quest at. Hellfire Pennisula is where you should start. I suggest you go Blood for leveling though, heals and no downtime. Unholy isn't bad either though.

what death knight? is it in MU? if it is then you should go to arena the go straight to a wall then go downward then just use twisting slash.
