Tips and Rotate for an Unholy DK (PvE Patch 3.3) Armory link: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Exodar&cn=Kazhan My UI is “SpartanUI” and the “Raid DPS” graphic is from “Recount” I also use “Face Smasher” to know when my disease need to be refresh. This addon is also very usefull to learn a good rotation. However this addon isn’t 100% correct. Use it as a reminder. The cooldown reminder is from “MikScrollingBattleText”.

@devilsqc I go to like 7.80% or higher on hit and 20 expertise with talents included and with my current gear i do around 12k in 25′s on non gimmik fights

anybody here in to cheats, bots, hacks and stuff? there is a lovely site giving away quite a few extremely underground programs.. wowcheatsXnet (replace X with . ) have a look and see just what you think. made it simpler for my 80 hunter acquire complete pvp gear.

@mcguirefire28 lol dude SS hit 2 times at the time so thos 5ks were 10ks and thos 6.5s were 13ks. ight bro lol blood is less dps for higher geared ppl.

@mcguirefire28 you don’t really get massive crits with unholy, it’s normal for blood to hit hard, in my experiences anyway, but you make up for the weaker hits by having better diseases and far superior aoe with unholy. I’m certain you won’t be doing more dps than devilsqc.

ok so i do now bout 3.5k dps on dummy and i have ToC gear (232 ilvl gear) does it really make alot of difference going from 232 to 251+ gear? i mean if i change gear ill make 3k more dps?

i find that unholy does far better aoe dps, however on single targets my dps drops by around 800 or so

@mcguirefire28 bahaha mate, this guy woudl eat you alive, on a single target dummy, yes blood is better, in a raid, unholy eats blood, i dont know why, but thats how it is, as blood, and i can guarantee you i have better gear than you, i got up to 5k dps, as unholy, around 4.4k, and yet in raids i get way higher. shut your trap, read forums, unholy is better than blood in raids. nice vid, 5/5

Ok, I do now play DK at lvl 80 myself, but instead of using Icy Touch + Plague Strike to refresh, why not use Pestilence? Then you get to use an extra Scourge Strike.
Or maybe you are using another glyph that is better?

i agree. i used to be blood. on some occasions, it gives me a suprise when i see my character suddenly crits for like 11- 14k repeatedly whithout me blowing hysteria or dancing rune or even getting bloodlust/heroism. but, as it is, being able to crit like that wont really up ur dps. my max dps as a blood is 6k or something, and thats on a training dummy. in reality, u cant do that much in raids and such, unless like 5.8k gs. unholy is doing much more dps, which is why i switched.

i follow elitist jerks i saw ur gear its almost the same as mine(i use bryntroll though) i do 6.7k-10.1k if im buffed i do 10k without completing my whole rotation if i do i do 13k or so

Great video, solid and short explanation. My DK is currently at 3.4k dps on a target dummy, and i only have 1 piece of 232 gear on… cant wait to see how my dps will be with this info at my hands.
