Its all really a matter of choice of what alignment you are: Whether you are Lawful, Chaotic, Neutral, Good or Evil, is ENTIRELY up to the player.
It all really depends upon the player and their actions. Take my Draenei Paladin: He is Lawful Good because I choose to be so aligned.

Um, if you’re a druid, you can’t be a death knight, because they’re seperate classes. If you meant Horde and Alliance, then yes. Both Horde and Alliance Death Knights start out at the Ebon Hold in the Eastern Plaguelands.
