The Best Hunter Leveling Spec In World Of Warcraft
If you are playing a hunter, you are in luck – hunters are one of the easiest classes to level up in the game. If you use the best hunter leveling spec, you can turn your pet into a war machine that can handle elites on its own.
Of course, the key to doing that is to specialize your hunter properly. Any of the three spec trees will benefit your leveling but Beast Mastery is by far and away the best as it gives you the most talents for transforming your pet into a proper tank. Then change to the Marksmanship Tree, and put

That is a great build that gives you a bit of strength in PvP as well. If you are after a quicker leveling build, however, then you might want to try Zygor’s build, which is considered the fastest leveling build in the game.

Naturally, the all-important Beast Mastery is included at the end. There is also the critical bonus for your pet with Ferocity and the must-have talent Unleashed Fury which makes your pet hit harder.
The key to using both these builds lies in making sure you micromanage your pet properly. If you were in a raid, you wouldn’t take aggro off the main tank – so don’t take it off your pet! Let your pet take the heat, and you’ll be leveling up in no time.

How To Choose Optimal Hunter Talents
When choosing hunter talents in World of Warcraft, remember that whichever of the three trees you choose to specialize in, the hunter is going to be effective at leveling. As you start getting into raiding or high level player versus player combat, you have to get a little more judgmental about the talent builds.
Beast Mastery focuses on making the hunter’s pet more powerful. Although all talent trees are good for leveling, BM is considered the best specialization for leveling very quickly. In fact, early specialization in this tree has been called ‘easy mode’ with the right pet. Obviously, specializing in this talent tree makes a hunter more dependent on his or her pet for success, which can be risky.
Most recently, Beast Mastery has been outpaced at raiding and player versus player by the other two talent trees, Marksmanship and Survivability. Even under ideal conditions and with ideal equipment, Beast Mastery just isn’t as effective, long-term, as it used to be.
In the Marksmanship talent tree, putting at least fourteen points into talents like Careful Aim, Lethal and Mortal Shots, and Go For the Throat are necessary for any specialization. These talents, like the rest of the tree, will improve your ranged attacks. Going farther into this tree is popular as a very high burst damage specialization in raids and PVP.
Even though Survival is not the most recommended talent build to level up a Hunter, it becomes more powerful in end-game instances and against other players. Usually, talents like Replenishment help out the other players in a raid with mana management. Explosive Shot is the final talent in the Survival tree and well worth the additional points.
