World Of Warcraft Quest Help

HELP wit World of Warcraft, do i have to install all the patches or just the last one?

i ask this beacuse the last one is like 3Mb-4Mb and other one before this is like 460Mb.
If you’re just installing WoW, you’d have to install the 460MB patch (major update) first before the small one.
