How should I install World of Warcraft Battlechest?

Just ordered this and am wondering how I should install it.

Either WoW, Burning Crusade, update.

OR

WoW, update, Burning Crusade, update.

Not getting Lich King yet.

Ta

Burning Crusade and update.

This is because the installer will install all the files for both the original World of Warcraft game and The Burning Crusade all in one go. Newer Battle Chests simply includes 1 DVD-ROM which includes the Universal World of Warcraft Installer while the older ones have two separate CD-ROMs (one for each game).

I’m having issues. When I install WoW, it seems the client is still the trial one, irrelevant of whether I downloaded it or not (And I did… 4 times). So does anyone have any ideas? I think there’s something wrong with the installer… I’m not sure. A friend of mine who has been playing for a long, long time says he doesn’t know what’s going on either. It thinks I still have a trial account, when I don’t anymore. And then this error message pops up with the blizzard installer saying ‘local-***.MPQ’ file could not be opened’. Okay…? Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

P.S. I did manage to get it working once, but I was disconnected when I tried to log in(I even checked my internet and everything)

My game does not work it says i do not have enough room on my computer and so i deleted lots of unimportant stuff and it still says in need my GB it says ( 14.3 GB is required and you only have 6.6 GB so please clear some space) it wont work in need help!

    Read carefully what you posted.

The game requires 14.3GB of space on your harddrive.

You only have 6.6GB of space.

If you REALLY want to play WOW, then delete some videos, programs, other games, and free up at least 15GB just in case, so you will have 15GB of free space, and not 6.6GB. Kinda an obvious answer..

Som I loaded World of Warcraft (regular) from an older battlechest (where you get 2 dvds). It went throught the whole installation process and jumped right into installing the stuff for Cataclysm. Now I’m trying to install Burning Crusade and it’s telling me I have to install World of Warcraft first… o.O any ideas anyone?
