World Of Warcraft Quest Help

I need some really good tips and suggestions on a world of warcraft raiding guild.?

So I just started a raiding guild. I need some tips, ideas like rules, times, members, ect. I just want to make sure my guild survives.

Have a vote for the raiding time, set up like 3-5 times and have the guild vote on (if they have) a guild forums page. Then vote on where u want to raid first, what time u want to start/end, and how u are going to pass out loot( role, dkp system, person who has been raiding n guild longest gets 1st dibs and so on, etc) and make it fair so a new guy n crappy armor cant come n and say " your armor is better than mine so i should get the loot"
