I want to increase my DPS
Im a Marksmanship
I'd go for Agility for its synergistic effect with Marksmanship talents. It adds to attack power and crit chance with ranged weapons, so it's the same thing as adding AP in general.

Attack power for higher auto shot crits but Agility increases dodge and parry rating and ads extra damage to auto shot, not as much as AP but its easier to obtain than AP

You do not need dodge and parry rating as a hunter. Your melee abilities are only there to help you get back to range. I prefer agility to attack power, because agility also increases crit chance. 1 agility = 1 ranged attack power, plus some crit. The link below is to a chart that tells you exactly how much agility you need for 1% crit for different classes.
