World Of Warcraft Warlock How To…..?
Strat A Warlock, I'm new to the Class and need pointers, advice and know a good talent tree! I'm not sure that a warlock is for me though as the whole cloth armor issue, i feel like all i am going to do is die every 2 seconds. ha ha. any advice would be great thanks,

Cloth armour isn't an issue, and warclock don't die, they have fear for a start so even if you are close to dieing you can fear everything and run away, you can also use voidwalker to get a shield if you need it. My advice would be to spec affliction because it is the fastest levelling build, warlock are a good choice because they are the strongest class in the game and the second fastest levelling characters after hunters.

The cloth armor issue isn't an issue at all. Warlocks can get voidwalkers and other minions which force enemies (not other players on PVP servers) to attack them instead of you AND warlocks can cast demon skin/armor which adds several hundred/thousand armor depending on spell level.
If I were you, I would focus on one of the talent trees, don't spread out your points. If you're going to be playing by yourself GO DESTRUCTION first. It's tremendously helpful.

I would suggest spec'ing into demonology, especially if you are worried about low armor (don't worry, your dps will be much higher then those who wear leather mail or plate) Your minions can and often should tank for you. Demo is in my opinion the best spec to level with. If your pet get slow on health you can even heal it, very reliable and your level of survivability will go up immensely. If you agro too much, sacrafice your pet and tell it to stay as you book it for the closest safe spot.
