Captain was one of the old pre-burning crusade expansion pvp titles. At the end of every week, the honorable kills of each player would be tallied, and every top (?) percent would get a title. Captain was one of the higher ranks. In Wrath of the lich king expansion, if you had one of the pvp titles in the past, u get a special achievement, altho no achievement points go with it. Unfourtunatly it is no longer possible to gain this title, as that pvp ranking system was thrown away. Now there are unique pvp awards that you can obtain, without any of them being tied to a certain rank.
